Do I have a location to drop my clothes off?
We do not have a site open for general public. However, we provide collection and delivery service, this could be picked up from your home or work.

Our customer support team is here from Monday to Sunday 7am to 11pm. You can contact us by phone, email or live support.


Turnaround and process

Do you have a policy against loss and damage?
Your items are handled by professionals who are properly trained and have 5 years of experience.
How does it work?
The process is really simple you just place an order, the driver collects the items at your decided time you share any special instructions if need be. Once we process your order, we’ll take the payment and return it back in due time.
How long does the process take?
We can deliver within 24 hours, but for any special requirements feel free to contact our support team. We’ll be assisting you in any way possible.

Dry Cleaning and Services Provided

Can you clean any item?
Anything with a laundry and dry-cleaning tag we can clean it.
Can you remove all types of stains?

We try our best to remove stains, we clean the garment twice. But if we’re unlucky our customer support team will contact you.

What does a wash and fold consist of?
For our washing we can clean any item with a washing logo on it. Low dry heat it and neatly fold it in the end.

Collection & Delivery


How should I handover the clothes?
You can hand the clothes over in a plastic bag or we’ll bring one for you to collect it in.
Can I collect my items from other places as well?
Yes, you can collect your items from home, office, school whatever is convenient.
What should I take care of before handing the item?
Please make sure to take out any items from the pocket, money, cufflinks, collar stiffeners etc.


Can the items be delivered to a different address?
We can deliver the items to addresses in the area we cover; you can contact support to help you.

Pricing, payment and coupons


Do I pay more for same day delivery?
No, you don’t have to.
What is the pricing like?
Minimum charges are £20, for pricing details you can view the prices here, if you have any problem regarding pricing and the referral code feel free to contact our support team we will be happy to help.



Can you collect cash?
Our drivers can accept cash.
How can I change my password?
It simple on the booking page enter your Login, go to settings, and you’ll find the change password option.
When will I be charged?
PYou’ll be charged when your order has been processed.
Will I receive an invoice?
When you place an order, you receive an E Invoice via email.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Complaints


Can I reschedule my item?
When the driver is a half an hour away from the customer, he calls the customer to confirm if you’re available to collect the delivery. Customers can only rebook an order by call, email or contacting the online support team. If were unable to collect or deliver your order, our customer support team will contact you, if we aren’t available to contact you, we’ll reschedule by email.
What will happen if I missed my collection?
If are driver is unable to collect or deliver your item, and not able to get a hold of you by phone then our customer support team will email you to reschedule.


I ordered by mistake, what do I do?
Please contact our support team, they’ll assist you.
